What a Month

That’s right, it’s been a month since Knights Reforged was released- it’s incredible to think just how much has happened in such a short space of time! Just like previous weeks, we have a few more tweaks that have been rolled out into the game listed below.

UPDATES:

  • Charisma usage on quests issue patched
  • Stat timers display more accurately
  • Upkeep discrepancies affecting some accounts fixed
  • Account transferring should now be functional
  • Login issues and game lag resolved after the (unexpectedly long!) server host upgrades

This month has been quite a rollercoaster in terms of workload, particular when it came to the large amount of cheaters who followed us over from the old titles. It seems that our stance on this matter has gotten out loud and clear to all our players- and we want to again say a huge thanks to all those who poured in their support and positivity as we worked to clear the game of these users. Our support inbox has definitely been abused this month, receiving over a 100 emails in just this short time! Our platforms have also been expanding rapidly, with the forum about to hit the 100 members mark in this time.

After a month passing, we also hope the majority of users are now aware of checking in with us and these news blogs to clarify themselves of rumours others might be putting out into the community- as always, our support email is open to communications 7 days a week! When sending in requests, please remember to give us at least 1-3 business days to be able to work on your request; while we usually get through them within a day or two, we are still just a team of 2 juggling this among other things 🙂

For those who haven’t yet caught up on what we’ve been up to this past month, you can find all the details you need below:

We have a stack of updates still to come, and a stack of new features and content that we want to get going in the games- this is only the beginning! From here-in, we’ll be looking at trying to make fortnightly updates as originally planned instead of the current weekly ones in order to condense things a bit better, but we can’t really choose when chaos decides to strike so bear with us as we learn alongside you 🙂 As always… see you in the game!
