FEATURES IN PROGRESS:

A lot of additional time and resources are being put towards the moderation of in-game comments, following work done on the previous backlog for these. Moving forward, we will begin being more strict when it comes to comment violations with temporary suspensions becoming the new common instead of just warnings. Warnings will of course still be used for low level infractions; when moderating this type of content, we look to see both the severity of language used as well as how frequently such comments have been made. The posting of other’s personal information as well as threats of real-life violence will receive instant bans, and extreme harassment & racism as well as repeat offenders will now also begin facing bans for their actions. For clarification, part of our comment moderation comes from player reports, but the vast majority are from us manually checking in-game activity ourselves.

We’ve had reports that certain people have been advertising a modified version of our game that includes “built in cheats”- while we don’t know what this program actually is, we can safely say that it is not connected to our game & servers. This appears to be the latest scam put out by players previously banned for cheating, wherein they obtain your login information and reset your accounts (there have unfortunately already been victims come forward to provide us these details). Please as always, do not buy into these “quick cheat” scams that can not only put your game data at risk, but your entire device security as well.

We hope you enjoyed these months’ updates, and as always any questions, problems or feedback can be sent direct to us on our support line (we are open to communication 7 days a week with a varying response rate of 1-3 business days).
